RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted on most orders within 30 days of purchase that are materially in same condition as shipped (unopened, clean and in resalable condition).    Fifteen percent restocking fee will be charged for returns and original shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.  Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Return Merchant Authorization (RMA)  number must be obtained from Customer Service department prior item returned.  Items sent without RMA# will not be processed.

DAMAGED PRODUCT

Package shipped that has arrived damaged, you have two different options: If the driver is still present at the time of the delivery you can refuse it and contact Customer Service Department immediately.  If the driver is not present when you receive your package, contact our Customer Service Department for further instructions.
